Our vineyards have been worked always respecting the land where they grow. This is the true purpose of our work as winegrowers: take care for the land.
We are aware of the care we must take in the vineyard but, at the end of the road, the plant is a passing instrument that, due to different circumstances, will eventually be replaced. The land remains forever, irreplaceable.
With this premise we work our vineyard; always looking to get a good mass selection from old vines, to try to maintain the heritage of our indigenous varieties.
We think that it is the only way to preserve the vineyards that for hundreds of years have taken root in the lands of the Maestrazgo, adapting to the inclement weather.
Our vineyard has never been worked with synthetic products, herbicides, pesticides or synthetic fertilizers. We maintain a green cover to cope with extremely dry summers and use compost to regulate the organic matter in the soil, the humus.
We must be aware that, as the proverb says: we do not inherit the land from our parents, we borrow it from our children. Cheers!
